As Vice President of the Club, my responsibilities are to manage the calendar of events, which includes minimizing conflicts between different events; coordinating insurance for any event where wheels are turning, wheels are up in the air, or the hosting site is requiring additional insured liability coverage; maintaining the website events calendar; and scheduling and presiding over the annual planning meeting in November. I also wear the second hat of Tour Chair for the Club. The Club is a member-driven, volunteer organization so we welcome your input and offer to get involved with planning and executing events.
