Porsche’s offer an exhilarating driving experience with exceptional handling, powerful engines, and sleek designs, providing a sense of control and excitement that most other vehicles can’t match, often appealing to the thrill of speed and the aesthetic beauty of the car itself; essentially, they are designed to prioritize driving pleasure above practicality.  

Driving Tours are an organized drive to interesting destinations such as restaurants, cafes, wineries, attractions or special events.    Multiple groups of 10 to 15 cars are led by Lead cars along exciting foothills, mountain and valley roads sporting interesting scenery and great Porsche driving opportunities.    Driving Tours are non-competitive events, meant to provide enjoyment with your car and socializing with other Porsche owners sharing an interesting experience.   

New Members having joined within the previous 12 months – either by joining PCA or transferring into the region, are invited to participate in a New Members Tour.  The purpose is to make new members feel welcome and “part of” the region, provide opportunities to meet other new members and Club Officers, introduce the kinds of events we enjoy, solicit ideas for making SVR more appealing to a broader group of Porsche owners and encourage participation in Club activities.
