In The Zone March 2026

Hello Zone 7!

March is here… and with it comes that unmistakable shift in the air.

The mornings are a little brighter. The evenings stretch a little longer. The roads are drying out. And somewhere in your garage, your Porsche is waiting.

This is the time of year when we move from winter maintenance mode to driving mode. From planning to participation. From “what’s coming up?” to “I’m registered.”

Across all 10 Regions, momentum is building. Tours are being mapped. Autocross courses
are being designed. Concours checklists are being printed. Track days are filling. Social
gatherings are expanding. National events are drawing closer.

If you’ve been thinking about getting more involved — this is your moment.

There are so many ways to participate in PCA. Region events bring us together locally. Zone Series events connect us across Northern California and Nevada. National experiences like Parade and Treffen remind us how large and passionate this organization truly is.

My encouragement to you this month is simple:
Pick something. Register. Show up.

Whether it’s your first autocross, your first concours, your first Parade, or simply attending
a social dinner — participation is what makes PCA special.

And March is where it all starts accelerating.

Zone 7 Concours Series Awards – Leading the Month

This month the Zone 7 Concours Series Awards for 2025. Will be held

Sunday, March 29
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Back 40 Texas BBQ – Pleasant Hill

This is our opportunity to recognize the competitors, judges, and volunteers who helped
elevate our Concours Series this past year. The quality of cars and level of preparation
across Zone 7 continues to rise — and this event celebrates that dedication.

This is an awards ceremony and appetizer gathering with a no-host bar.

If attending, please make your dinner reservations directly with Back 40 Texas BBQ and
mention you are with the PCA group so we can be seated near one another.

Whether you competed or simply appreciate exceptional automobiles, this is a great way to
connect and celebrate the 2025 season.

Spotlight Event: Crab 39

Next up — and bringing serious energy — is Sacramento Valley Region’s Crab 39
at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain.
Crab 39 has become one of those signature Zone events that blends driving, competition,
social atmosphere, and just the right amount of friendly rivalry.

Zone Series Updates

The Zone 7 Autocross Series schedule is complete and listed below. Now is the time to map
out your season and commit to a few events.
The Zone 7 Concours Series calendar is nearly finalized, with details included below.
Between Autocross and Concours alone, there are opportunities almost every month across
our Regions.
Zone participation is a fantastic way to expand your PCA circle beyond your home Region
— and I strongly encourage you to attend at least one “away” event this year.

Porsche Parade Turns 70

The 70th Porsche Parade takes place June 14–20 in Lake Placid, New York.
Parade is PCA at its fullest expression — a week of driving, competition, education,
hospitality, and camaraderie.

• Autocross
• Concours
• Rally
• Technical sessions
• Banquets and social gatherings
• Scenic tours
• Vendor displays
• And countless opportunities to connect with members from across the country

Phase 1 registration is open. (Registration and accommodations)

Phase 2 begins April 15 th . (Registration for events / banquets and more)

If you’ve never experienced Parade, a milestone year like the 70th is the perfect time.
National events remind us just how special PCA truly is.

PCA Treffen @ Sea – Pacific Wine Country Cruise

Registration remains open for the PCA Treffen @ Sea Pacific Wine Country Cruise, sailing
September 19–25 aboard the Grand Princess.

This is a unique blend of travel, camaraderie, and Porsche-themed activities — with several
Regions already discussing coordinated shore excursions and group activities.

If you’re considering it, don’t wait too long. It’s shaping up to be a fantastic experience.
