2024/25 Formula E Season

  • It is over after 16 races (ya, weird —- starts in December 2024 and finished in July 2025).
  • This year saw 11 teams (2 cars each) compete around the world, including a race in Miami in April.
  • 3 of the teams were running Porsche power units (Porsche 99X Electric Gen3).
  • The Tag Heuer Porsche Formula E team won the Team competition and Porsche won the Manufacturer’s competition.
  • Pascal Wehrlein (Tag Heuer Porsche) finished 3rd in the driver’s competition and Antonio Felix Da Costa (Tag Heuer Porsche) finished 5th.
  • Oliver Rowland finished in 1st place for the Nissan Formula E Team.
  • The 2025/26 season schedule has been announced, and Miami is the only United States city on the schedule (in April).

 

Porsche Parade News

  • Golden Gate Region members Steve Lau and Tara Shapowal-Lau won the AX at Oklahoma City in July.
  • The TSD Rally was won by Jessica Toney (Golden Gate Region) and Lisa Gould (San Diego Region).
  • The 2026 Porsche Parade will be held in Lake Placid, New York in June. It was held there in 1994.
  • The 2027 Porsche Parade will be held in Boise, Idaho in July. It was held in Boise in 2002.

  • The lottery is still open to get on the list to buy one of the 70 available.
  • And PDK is not an option on this vehicle.
